New York State of Mind-Artwork

This digital-first series produced by Insight TV will bring the viewer into his daily life as he prepares for a show with the WuTang Clan in Camden, NJ. The narrative follows him through the streets he grew up on and local communities as he prepares for the night’s event. The series dives deeper into the man and the soon-to-be legend of YDB.

While the final data of the show's performance is yet to be collected, the potential reach of each episode is of 90,000,000 views with a following list of the @watchinsighttv Instagram account of +40K followers.

For this show I was in charge of designing an artwork that features Young Dirty Bastard while giving the viewers a picture of the hip-hop industry and New York.
Each episode was delivered through Insight TV's Instagram account exclusively and kept the visual elements of the original Keyart —doodles, outlines, black and white, and grunge textures.
